Needs a new game to have an effect (for obvious reasons)

-- Fixed SMs getting double starting units.

Ongoing Aeldari review.

No need to start a new game.

Changes:
-- A bunch of visual adjustments (formations, etc)
-- Aeldari heroes are slightly bigger
-- Fixed Avatar aura scaling
-- War walkers: 9 figures -> 8 figures (same total hp), BUT also reworked their price from 160 ore to 130 ore / 20 energy. This should help to make them a bit more universally useful and not just huge ore hogs.
-- Drukhari air units had twice as much hp as they should. Fixed.
