BAIR 2 (axe):
No longer kills at 20% (now kills at around 80-90)

FSPECIAL:

DASH ATTACK:
Added screenshake to sweetspot

Fixed a bug that caused axe throws to be restricted in throw distance when they shouldn’t be, improving Arsin's ability to recover.

Fixed a minor bug where axe would go to its recall state when you fall out of wallcling even when clinging because of USPECIAL.

Added a small, weak hitbox to the axe in the following recall situations:
- Using NSPECIAL to Recall
- Using FSPECIAL Away from the axe to Recall
- Having the axe pop out of the ground by running away from the axe for long enough

Changed launch speed adjust when the axe comes loose during hitstun from 0.95 to 0.97, and made it based on vector math so your angle gets properly preserved.

Removed the exception where you would not lose Heat if you weren’t holding the axe, as this seemed to encourage campy playstyles.

Made it so that every projectile-axe throw has extended parry stun, to make punishing axe throws more doable.

Made it so that in any situation, whenever the axe lands on a platform or wall, the axe will move so that at least half will be inside the ground.

Fixed a bug where the axe would sometimes think it landed on the floor when it was actually on a wall.

Added and polished up several sprites

Changes:
- Actually made Arsin a heavyweight (Knockback Adjustment changed from 1.1 to 0.9) (Thanks Artist of Seer for pointing this out)
- Changed frame data and animation timing of Axe-version of Up-Tilt to be a bit more snappy, whilst keeping the duration of the move the same
-- +1 frame of startup and endlag
-- -2 frames of the swing animation
- Adjusted knockback multiplier of Axe-version of Up-Tilt to be a bit less spammable at higher percents (0.3 -> 0.45)
- Made hitboxes of Axe-version of Up-Tilt slightly smaller (diameter 72 -> 68)
