changed the partisans loadout abit

autorifleman (light, galat) now spawns with a drum mag already in his gun.

added the rest of the static turrets like Mk30 HMG and Mk32 GMG with their raised and autonomous variants aswell as AA and AT Static TItans.
Lastly, added Autorifleman (Light, Galat)

crewman now has the 'engineer' trait so they can repair vehicles.

Huntmaster now wields a RPK-15 with normal 30rnd mags instead of drums. This replaces his Promet. And he also now wears a tactical headset instead of the balaclava.
