* It makes her recovery more exploitable on ledge

Dev Note:
The size change and hurtbox edits was mainly to make her slightly easier to hit, mainly giving hand hurtboxes to her "sword" attacks

Balancing, Polishing

Fspecial:
Animation rework to have her spin around (Thought it looked cooler)
Made the minor vsp boost actually work (Can be used once in the air)

Ultra:
Made an attempt to fix a bug where you could fall out of ultra on dash city.
Added "Grab code" to the multihits [Note this makes the ultra hits go by faster]
On hit hurtbox appears after the command grab is done

Once the "Rekka" Window ends she starts falling instead of a bit after
* This is to prevent her from stalling in the air as hard

She leans more forward in the grab

(This patch felt like me going back to a 2020-2021 rivals character I made and normal pilling it)
