Weather test with Invasion 2 changing

Removed point lights and Dhow phys. mroe to work on return of high fps

Addition of weather to 3 levels , Boats ahoy, Radars go spin. Lights on deck are on. Coffee time in the bar. INS on the sea.

Found big issue think its working now. Weather test, CV lighting test too.

Lighting test for seperate levels

Addition of weather layers for each, Sail boats and cargo ship movement test. Alert sound test, Ilumination lights. Addition of AAVP for aussie forces.

Addition of Buoys and sound delay test . Activation of rotating dishes.
Need to test on server to find if they work on remote.
