Updated Many SFX and Songs to be more cohesive
- Not part of the update but considering finally doing Greedmode from the
ground up like the Old Gansass mod if people want it

Added an Astraladz easter egg somewhere in the dice rooms.

Rag Mega sprite finally updated rather than just being a re-color + room change + stat change.

Nerfed the equivalent gurglings floating enemies

Mr Fred and Normal Freds have been fully redrawn from the Ground up, more random item vfx changes - ehhhh I did something else but I fogor. - OH the soul things have new sprites. I also added a litul abortionbirth meme cuz Ive seen so many ppl compare dis mod to that in YT vids and VODs even though this predates dat and the only thing they really share is "wat if Isic was funi".

HSPs are now in the game

For some reason mom had 7000 health!? This has now been fixed.
Finally Added a Clog equivlent and redrew it from the ground up

Added New Boss Rooms for The Womb + Utero
Balanced more bosses such as Haunt having summons that where too tanky, Gurdy having enemies that couldnt reach you, Blasotcyst having very little changes in the room etc...

Completley Redrew Polycephalus sprite and its variants
Replaced Necropolis equivelant bg music
