Logs in odd format because krogan is tired from two weeks of marathon modding.

Added Desolas Arterius. Added Turian Bareface Commander trait. Moved Shanxi and it's neighbor system just a little to hopefully avoid weird merging bug (may still rarely happen). Made special fleets non mergable as well as not upgradeable. Leader jon grissom has same traits as commander grissom. Grissom and George Williams have unique traits. First Contact War events added. News events regarding the FCW added. FCW special projects added. Advanced Farmer mineral upkeep reduced. Hanar has communications with citadel space.

Added Rael Zorah and Zaal Koris as mutual exclusive rewards

Added unique traits for each of them

Added two new event sounds

Added iconic Quarian ships to Liveships as planetary deposits.
