- Fixed a Bug that wouldn't allow for the "Build Road" Button to show up.
- Changed Cost of building Road from Build Charge to 20 Gold.
- If Player has researched Steam Engine Technology, but isn't in the Modern Era or a later Era, then he will be able to build Industrial Roads with Gold.
- If Player reached Modern Era and has researched Steam Power Technology, then he will be able to build Modern Roads with Gold.
- Older Roads can also be upgraded to Industrial Road if Player has researched Steam Power Technology, but isn't in the Modern Era or in a later Era.
