Another Update.
There are now two new Game Rules.
1. Immersive will check if ruler is Christian
2. Ai Kingdoms allows ai to create the granduchy of Mecklenburg
and a new Decision for Mecklenburg(Ruler of Veletia) right above Brandenburg.

So I changed the German Empire Decision (now includes the kingdom of Germany and kingdom of Bavaria.)
And added a new Decision for Count Friedrich of Hohenzollern.
More is coming soon. I already created various new kingdoms, but they are not implemented yet.
