1) Fixed a bug where after starting other scenarios starting colonists would still have disabled work types
2) The wild men group faction is no longer allowed to be spawned via VEF faction spawning utility
3) Prevent multiple raids occuring if the same research project was unlocked multiple times. However if several research projects were unlocked at the same time, it still should trigger several raids at once.
4) Doctoring and Patient jobs are now unlocked by default in Wild Men scenario.
5) Fixed Duplicate xml node issue.
