Removed the old bill that had multiple bills (8 in total for each stone chunk) and replaced it with cleaner bills, this made everything more clean.
Now you have the option to make steel from stone, but the minimum skill is starting at crafting 4.

4 crafting for 1 stone = 10 steel
6 crafting for 3 stones = 30 steel

12 crafting for 1 stone = 20 steel
16 crafting for 3 stones = 60 steel

Times crafting for the higher skilled crafting bills is faster, due to the pawn being better at it.
I added experience gain for each time they finish the project, as I should have done from the beginning.
Filterer the stone chunks into fewer bills, now you can select what stone chunk you want to break down into steel from the panel.
