- better setup for minority faiths IG leader that uses a more appropriate culture (ie. no more white englishmen in charge of the hindu priesthood in the EIC)
- moved demographic setup from history/pops to scripted setup in history/global, which should make compatibility easier moving forward
- background cleanup to make certain files easier to maintain

1.5.12 Update

- Added (and tweaked) the new flavored IG devout traits where appropriate
- Removed on_researched effect for corporatism that switches the pious IG trait for corporatism
- incorporated 1.5 adjustments to IG devout pop attraction
- updated chances of devout leaders to have the corporatist ideology. Restricted to Christian leaders only in this release
- added custom localization to religious jurisprudence and administration laws
