FIXED:

Finally fixed Western Sahara dependency issue
Fixed an AI pop count mismatch issue.

REMOVED:

Western sahara dependency(although if loaded,scenario will contain items and weapons in loot lists. Recommended)

CUP weapons dependency(tweaked weapon lists,mostly using vanilla specifically picked weapons to fit the theme,and using BNAE's awesome shotguns,Lee enfield,and TRG bolt action)

Removed a few debug scripts.

Huey helo mod and replaced with Lynx vanilla heli armed version( no ammo,just open doors for asthetics)

Urban backpack camo carryall/Tan camo kitbag/Woodland camo carryall

Arma3 NATO and CSAT sniper rifles added to military loot lists
