Nerfed the coats. If I didn't nerf them enough tell me and I'll sand them down further.

Thanks to Dark Akantor (I run fused Akantor gear in GU my drip is unmatched) for pointing this out.

If you have balance suggestions please LMK, I only slightly lowered the stats from the Lunatic Fox's original so tell me pls!!
