Fixed some bugs regarding companies in Finland.

Fixed the mod for 1.7.

- Fixed companies throughout the Russian empire, Persia and central asia.

- Replaced the old modifiers with the new ones

(Coffee, Fruit and Sugar Plantations could not be fixed)

- Added 6 new companies. 4 for Germany and 2 for Greece.
- Replaced some logos with higher quality ones.

- Added Logos for 4 previously added Chinese companies.
- Added 2 new Chinese companies.
- rebalanced some Chinese companies to be more in line with their international counterparts.

- Added 5 new companies for the US.
- Rebalanced 3M (for the US).

- Added 20+ Logos. This time, for France and Russia.
- Made some balance changes for baltic and russian owned polish companies.
- Changed the requirements for Rosneft. It will now only become available if Sakhalin is at least partially owned by Russia.

Added 15+ new Logos for Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Germany.
