- Added 5 new companies. 2 for the US, 2 for Japan and 1 for Finland

- Removed 1 company from Finland because it was founded after 1936.

- Rebalanced the majority of companies including vanilla ones due to some major differences in power. Every company should be roughly equal in power now.

Balancing:
- Companies with 4 subdivisions(Iron Mine, Steel Mills...) have been reduced to 3 or less
- Most Companies with 3 subdivisions have been nerfed
- Many Companies with 1 or 2 Subdivison have been changed and/or buffed
- All Banks have been nerfed

The AI will now automatically receive a bank upon researching investment banking, if they don't already have one.

Added a new generic company available to everyone: The Citizens National Bank

The generic bank consists of the financial district building and gives multiple effect related to the investment pool. It is unlocked after researching "investment banking".

In addition to this, "societe generale de belgique" was reworked to now be a unique version of the generic banking company instead of being overly powerful and automatically being a best in slot in every case (sorry Generalist Gaming).

Also fixed some minor bugs.
