- Added Planet Modifiers for gas giants that affect shellworlds built around them

- Stellar Nanite Disassembler Output increased (prev: 500 minerals, 250 alloys; now: 750 minerals, 500 alloys)

- Black Dwarf Planet Modifier added

- Dyson Spheres can now be upgraded to Stellar Harvesters

- Fallen Xenophile Empires will now have either a Freesphere or a Discworld as their capital, depending on their species' class

- Added localisation for names for planets, countries, systems and species
