Remove excess dice bags from discard

Fix Uncommon rule

The project is back in a working state, all assets now utilize GitHub links to ideally prevent future breakage. Plus cleaned up the room a bit, should look and feel quite a lot nicer. Feel free to leave suggestions for things to add in in terms of assets and such to make it even nicer.
