Normalized the Sounds more because they were too loud before.

Images updated, the original images got upgraded and used.
Full voiced now with his original voice from JA2.
Some of his sound files were modified by me to create more voice responds for various situations.
He dislikes Biff and Bubba (works with the ones I created) and Steroid.
If you hire him before them, he will tolerate them be in the team but might ask for more money.
If you hire them first, he won't join you!
You need to have a loyalty of 30% + on Ernie Village before he will join you aswell and if you have 2+ dead mercs in the last 14 days he won't join either.
