Changelog for Sacred Dice V1.3:

Increased chance to reroll an item into a higher tier from 50% to 60%.
Added a new feature: 20% chance to roll the item into a tier below its current tier.
Decreased chance to remove an item from 50% to 20%.
These changes aim to add more excitement and unpredictability to the Sacred Dice, giving players more diverse outcomes when using it in-game. Enjoy the enhanced gameplay experience with the updated Sacred Dice!
