Attribute Overhaul:

Each Attribute previously applied two bonuses to the character, really gearing them into a playstyle
Expertise as Early Admins
Resolve as Tanks
Cunning as Ammo Hoarders
Instinct as Pure Damage
Authority as Ministers

Now each class is good at doing specialized things.
Expertise focuses on Industry
Cunning on Commerence
Resolve on Peasantry
Authority on all income
Instinct on Public Order
etc...

Having low attribute does apply a negative effect.
