4/3/24 Requiem Armory Changes, primarily for MJ/LW - In LW, Requiem Corrosion can no longer stack with itself for XCOM-native sources that are NOT the initial detonation of Kosma Grenades. Kosma Grenades will always apply a stack of Corrosion on detonation. Corrosion enemies acquire from Death Fog will be treated the same as that acquired from XCOM Weaponry or Ammo. Added a config toggle to allow usage of basegame settings in LW for those who wish to do so, and visa versa. Stainless vests renamed to Stainless Plate and will be automatically be converted into a Plating Category item for LW that can be built once plated armor is researced, costs 2 alloys, 1 elerium, stats are the same as a standard alloy plating. If using basegame settings, it will remain as a vest. Bala'Dum's Execution of Stunned Units is replaced with Coup De Grace on the weapon for LW Settings. Added a couple additional genemods, one of which may or may not be balanced. All potential consequences for using that genemod are to be borne by the player for not reading the warning label.

Nerfed the overperforming Caera'Thal Munitions.
Caera'Thal Munitions now provide +1 Damage +1 Piercing and inflict a stack of Corrosion.

Mod Compat Bugfix for Requiem Armory together with WIO

Added the Stainless Vest, which can built once Plated Armor is researched. Functions as a side-grade to a Plated Vest, and the Stainless Vest protects against Requiem Corrosion.
