Fixed tech icons not showing up, added a 2 build limit to world devostators, removed icons on galactic controls that aren't being used, removed resource structures, limited tax agencies to 1 per planet, removed lifetime build restrictions on all SSD's, removed rogue squadron as a buildable option, fixed MISSING unit spawning on an Empire's planet
