Fixed the problem where all the components were using old IDs for ship classes, so didn't appear for use.

Added a simple, research increasing technology.

Thanks to the notice of one of the loyal Katzenarmee, I remembered that the Katzen Defense Array was a thing!

Added the Reactor to it, of course.

Also added a unique hybrid Small/Point Defense weapon to it! For powerful system protection!
Alongside it, a unique computer with additional range, tracking, and accuracy, compared to standard!

On top of this, since I notice Thrusters weren't a thing yet...

Added a new set of unique thrusters for the Katzen ships! More evasive than standard, and also provides a little Cloaking bonus!

Added the unique Katzenkreuzer hangar slot!

More significantly, have added the Computer components for all Katzen ships, as well as the Moon and Planet!

Alongside the addition of a special reactor, which can be used both on and off of Katzen ships! Includes all the nice bonuses of the standard variant!
