-Added support for the SPARK voice events added in the newest Voice Patcher update. In other words, the SPARK voices actually work as they should now, thanks to an external mod.

-Made the in-game icons brighter

-Completely rebuilt the mod using the base-game SDK. This means the mod is usable if you don't use WotC now.

-Added the Blue Shirt voices from the base defense mission in Enemy Within. No preview video for now.

-Rebranded the mod from 'MEC English Voices Redux' to 'XCOM: Enemy Within Voices' because of preceeding addition.

-Changed the way the UI is inserted to use the localization method instead of the screen listener method. This slightly saves performance and makes it consistent with the rest of my mods.

-The MEC voices (and Blue Shirts) now have individually adjustable volume via a config file. The MECs are defaultly set to 0.9, because I always thought they were slightly too loud.

-The MEC voices no longer randomly appear on civilians. Finally.

-The MEC voices now have special dialogue for using EMP grenades.

-Miscelaneous dialogue triggering changes.

-Miscelaneous localization and icon changes.
