- Dominions are no longer part of the overlord's CU to avoid GDP drop due to competition from subjects and to reflect the historical position that dominions had a separate economy from its motherland.
- State Atheism makes all religions accepted to prevent no accepted pops upon enactment
- General Services is now tradable to represent tourism
- Tweaked starting buildings to reduce starting unemployment
- Reduced the radicals impact of espionage events
- Unemployed Unskilled Labourers can demote to peasants
- Tweaked Taxation law effects so that the rich will pay more tax than the poor when progressive tax laws are chosen.
