Added a "Lite" game rule, which makes each modifier 20% the strength of the Full version.

Added different flavor for each modifier.

Fixed the issue of the event not firing or repeating each month.

Made it so house members benefit from better education traits for the blessing they pick.

Removed the renown cost since House Heads that are not the Dynasty Head are unable to spend renown. Instead, I've added a requirement that the dynasty's splendor be at least Reputable (4).
