Description
Overview
This is a light weight mod that allows House Heads to select a permanent House Modifier that increases one of the base states by a factor of either 2, 5. or 10. This can be set via Game Rule. There are other benefits each modifier provides including improved education traits for the respective base stat as well as minor boons.

This decision can only be done once per house, but every House Head within the dynasty may select their own.

Compatibility
This mod should be compatible with most mods as it relies primarily on base game assets and functions.
This is fully compatible with AGOT and Elder Kings.

Load Order
Put this mod at the bottom of your load order to avoid any conflicts.

I think they categorized decisions. so this should only be broken cause its not inline with the current labeling system for decisions

Updated patch screw with it. Not sure why either. The intrigue stuff maybe.

Hey great mod, just thought you might like to know I discovered an error in bop_major_decisions, the blood of power lite says "trigger_event = bop_major_events.0002" when it should be "trigger_event = bop_major_events.0003" - the current triggered event it is set to is for the half version and results in your house gaining the half modifier rather than lite, which also results in the decision to choose a modifier still remaining in the decisions tab.

Could there be a game rule added for a smaller modifier? I like the idea, but even the light option is a lot.
