I broke misn 8 caused soft lock - fixed

-fixed uplinks not failing misn 9
-updated misn 9 fail messages

-fixed repeating artillery line in 7
-made sure colorado lines play in 8

added stop eathquake call in mission 3 for save loads, in case someone saved during bomb going off. (thanks div)

juiced up final cutscene

removed dupe kfk line in 8

fixed missing ivtank skin

fixed typo in mission 9 lua resulting in no win for isdf

added more stuff to final scene on 8
