Made an attempt to fix bug with date being stuck on Jan 1st indefinitely even when no scripts are running. For this I had to change overall logic and make that script doesn't work from Dec 30 to Jan 1. Additionally if you still encounter some problem (with any script that affects time flow) there are new script that fixes your time flow and manually sets your date to Jan 1st of current year.
