Eye adjustments, Third eye, and hand changes (UPDATE 1)

>Made the neck have more blood on it near the head

>Added the "Third eye" scar on Chris's forehead

The next Outlast characters I plan to do are Richard Trager, aka the Surgeon, and the ghostly & supernatural presence that is the Walrider.
