-Fixed dynamic name and flag for indochina
-Made burma a part of India, not Indochina
-New colonial admins become dominions

Changes:

- Vanilla Indochina JE is less buggy
- Added a dynamic country to Indochina (French Indochina, British Indochina, etc.)
- ADJ Senegal is now called ADJ West Africa
- West Africa now encompasses all of Senegal and Niger, minus North Cameroon and Modern Nigeria
- ADJ Niger is now called ADJ Nigeria
- ADJ Niger encompasses the modern borders of Nigeria
- North Cameroon is now within the scope of ADJ Congo
- Lourenco Marquis is now within the scope of ADJ Zanj (East Africa)
- The Confed. of the Rhine and Prussia will eat the minor German states upon creation
- AI should no longer annex colonial subjects
