Thruster pack now lowers weapon while thrusting, but still allows quickly firing once done (I haven't been able to find a way to allow firing WHILE thrusting. I think it's hardcoded)

Version 7.4:
Added more weapon & equipment variety throughout the levels
Overhauled some enemy encounters on Infinity, Shutdown and Composer (tried to add a few new surprises)
Added more stuff to shoot at while piloting the Pelican on Shutdown (sometimes the enemy AI is dumb, I tried my best)
Rebalanced Pelican laser and chaingun
Slightly bumped up Hunter's max turning speed
Adjusted materials on Battle Rifle, Magnum, SAW, Storm Rifle, Shotgun, and Chief's armor
Overhauled Needler, acts closer to the H2AMP version with better tracking
Overhauled SAW LMG with faster rate-of-fire and adjusted damage output (aiming to encourage spray and pray)
Made Sticky Detonator grenade fly through the air quicker
Increased Railgun explosion size
Very slightly reduced Banshee health, and reduced the rank of many Banshee pilot AIs
Adjusted how the Jetpack boosts you upward to increase height and stability
Added back death flashes for Prometheans, adjusted to not be disorienting
Added flashes to exploding Pulse Grenades and Forerunner barrels
Adjusted various explosion effects
Fixed materials on various Covenant objects that weren't modified yet (mostly in Spartan Ops, hopefully got everything)
Fixed disappearing area decals (most prominent on Shutdown)
Added a very small touch of atmospheric bloom to all scenes
Added letterboxing to various in-game cutscenes
Retimed some of the Librarian's dialogue in her cutscene as it was not synced properly
Retimed Chief's first line in the ending cutscene
Removed final QTE from Midnight of crawling and detonating bomb
Made more attempts to fix problems with the Target Designator on Reclaimer (and generally allow it to be more useful)
Fixed a bunch more bugs and made tiny adjustments that I can't remember right now

Completely overhauled Promethean Vision visuals
Attempted to improve active camo further (adding the "stealthy" trait to active players)
