Update the troop recruit system, some units will be randomly assigned to four new states
New recruit (0.9 HP, 0.9 range)
Regular Troops (1.25 HP, 1.1 Range)
Veteran (1.5 HP, 1.2 Range)
Elite (1.75 HP, 1.25 range)
This feature is independent of the in-game experience mechanism
