+ Ftilt and Utilt no longer have their first hit interrupt the second hit.
- Pratfall adjusted from 14 -> 16.
- NSpecial Projectiles speed reduced from 12 -> 10.
- NSpecial SFX now play earlier.
- NSpecial cooldown increased from 40 -> 45.
- Fair hurtbox increased
- Fair landing lag increased 7 -> 9
- Uair startup increased 9 -> 10
- Uair 1 hitpause scaling increased from .4 -> .6
- Uair landing lag increased 5 -> 6
- Dair landing lag increased 6 -> 7
