- General update to Invictus 1.6e;

- Sparta now has stratera's inspired starting decisions; (And a problem with regency that i know how to solve but haven't come around to do it just yet, for now be careful and always choose an eurypontid to be your regent, as the regent you choose will become your new co ruler after you end the regency. will be solved in the future!)

- Some small tweaks and features were disabled for the update's swiftness sake, but will be reinstated in the future, but better.
