* Monthly piety fix is now 0.1 for pious soldiers.
* Fixes here and there, mostly 2.5% to 5% percentage nerfs, overall. Like trade power, trade eff, etc.
* some missionary % reworks in the trad.
* debuffed admin eff. from 15% to 10% for Iloko.
* debuffed the trad for inward harmony.
