Added and applied normal map.

Removed detail layer (that awful gritty surface that appeared when you got really close to it)

Removed useless files (normal map files that don't get applied properly and weren't even applied in the VMT)

Updated icon, uses font from Payday 2 and Payday 2 logo so people can actually tell what this addon is
