Potential fix for visual angles being stuck when getting off a ladder

- Added CVar to disable weapon holstering.
- Made it so only the visual player angle is forced. This allows you to look around while on the ladder again.

Added climbing camera (needs CVPS)
Improved ladder detection on ladders that have prop_dynamics nearby with a valid ladder model
