Fixed long standing build limit issue:

  • Can now properly build max level structures when at cap
  • No longer screws with giga's building cap when it's not supposed to

Don't build TH's and Giga's buildings at the same time, weird things will happen.

Added Compatibility with ANZ Voidframe:

  • 4 Districts for respective Acot tech levels
