- Applied all the new RE items/changes, including the War and Industry additions/changes.
- Raised RTG RNG by 2 points, and lowered Reactor Cores by 3.
- Increased shielding to most player-based shields by ~5-10% on average.
- Raised Abyssal Armor mod slots to 5.
- Modified some armor boosters for better survivability.
- Increased Rapid Torpedo Launcher ammo complexity to nerf them a bit.

- Ported in all 1.10 changes, from vanilla and RE.
- Upped wireless to ~500m, which HOPEFULLY should mean ~300m on average.
- Fixed anims on most weapons to reflect most recent changes.
- Fixed Zirax Beam weapon anim/effects.
- Re-did some of the weapons for more accurate models/meshes (at least according to the RE guys - take it up with them).
- Rest of the scenario should be the same, with no issues!

- Applied updated RE bundle to fix the invisible border around the constructor/armor locker mesh (thanks ravien_ff and Vermillion!)

- Raised Quantum CPU Extender offset to 2 mil (BA/CV), and 50k (SV/HV). Let me know if these are too high.

- Fixed SMG (ALL tiers) animations. Had to revert all SMGs to their original meshes, but it means that T1 and T2 are identical meshes (different icons). If someone's good a Blender, I'll happily add a T1 mesh to the mod and give you ALL the credit.
- Enabled SMG T1 firing underwater on full-auto (not a TON of logic having a SMG fire on single somehow working underwater, so why not just get rid of that?).
- Tweaked all SMG tiers for better variety and roles. T1 fires underwater, while having a lower Rate of Fire (ROF) and damage. T2 doesn't fire underwater, but does more damage and fires faster (with less recoil). T3 is an evolution of T2, so same stuff, but hits a lot harder and uses different ammo.
- Added several recipes to the mobile constructors (HV and SV). Specifically bread, ham, coffee, ratatouille, and emergency rations. Seemed weird you could only craft the most basic stuff while the survival constructor could do more complex recipes.

- Altered Bandage recipe to use 20 fiber instead of 8, but without the need for plant protein (because lmao what).
