units highlight is now optional in mcm, added support for effects (buffs,debuffs,hots,dots) and added rise dead spell

Another fix for tournaments, npcs will now prefer to use normal ranged weapons befgore casting fireballs etc, npcs shouldnt try to pick up spells in melee that much, added highlight to group heal when player selects grouop heal spell, healing spells now also heal mounts, added support for troop summoning

Code refactoring, mod now works as a framework, added mana cost of spell to gui.

this update might not look like much for the user, but there was a lot of changes in mod code
