Fspecial(Araigami): startup frame & recover frame are shorten
Konokizu: startup frame is shorten

EX Fspecial(Dokugami): hitbox for 1st hit is larger
EX air Fspecial(Oboroguruma): "slightly" easier to connect all 3 hits, but hitbox lifetime of 3rd hit is shorten
