Fixed a glitch where you can make the balloon pop after your turn ends, killing the next player automatically.
Edited description to make instructions clearer.
Added flashing visual to indicate that the balloon is close to popping.

Modified the starting balloon to change depending on the number of players in the game, to keep every round exciting and fast paced. Also fixed an issue where the inflation sound was not playing.
