Added new spartan chest pieces
Fixed the CE Fuel Rod not using ballistic aiming for AI
Fixed the brute plasma repeater not getting zero bloom when crouched

Added more bleed particles to the headshot effect
Added SGT Johnson to the Installation 04 firefight map
Added the Gungoose to the Installation 04 firefight map
Changed the armor lock shield type to energy_shield_thin (was energy_shield_thick)
Increased active energy use rate of armor lock to -0.5 (was -0.3)
Increased activation energy cost of armor lock to -0.1 (was -0.05)
Increased energy recovery time of armor lock to 5 (was 3)
Decreased frag grenade stun time to 2 (was 3)
Decreased frag grenade stun to 0.25 (was 1)
Fixed a few weaponless brutes
Fixed the looping spike grenade sound
Fixed the firefight spartan allies appearing blue instead of green/olive
