Actually played the mod for a whole day and added a number of re-balances.
·Now can use Dipaction on Lan fang.
·Added back 'demand province(malay)' peace treaty for Dong Ning 'Enforce Member Status' Wargoal. After playing the mod I now have no idea why I removed it in the first place.
·A bunch of other OP stuff that got nerffed. Added 'Administrative Efficiency' back to DGN country idea

Important Change Log 7th December:
·As promised, #New Mission Tree#. The thing's actually a playable prototype now. I'd recommend you save a copy of the older version, in case I updated in the middle of a gameplay or something.
·Two OP new mercenary companies that don't consume lower army professionalism on recruit. Which is just... Wow Lol. Don't froget that you seed to upgrade(re-recruit...) them while your military tech advances, or they'd become lame. Two companies for each Merc type, requires you or your Member State to hold the home province to become available. Plus you need to complete mission 'Malay Militias', enjoy.

·Depressing part: Disabled 'Conquest' CB and modified 'Reconquest' CB. Dong Ning can't take province now.
Yeah I know, but I have spoken. It's all for the Balance Lol
·If you don't like this paticuliar change feel free to delete the '00file' in common/cb_type.You can also resture Dong Ning's national idea to having Administrative Efficiency on game start. It was... also kinda OP

·新任务树,mod处于勉强可玩的半成品状态。。鉴于事Beta所以建议把老版本存一份或者直接断网玩防止我半路更新(笑)
·两个强大的东宁特有雇佣兵团,招募不会降低陆军职业度,所以尽情地升级它们罢(需要完成左1任务以及你、成员国获得基地省份解锁()
·征服和收核CB被改了 东宁不能直接吃地了(老实,逐一发送巨大宝船封舟()如果不喜欢这一改动可以删除cb_type里的00文件(如果你会的话还可以恢复东宁理念中打了##的行政效率()

·Well... More balances, more localisation, plus Member State Dip actionsnow also has dynamic cooldowm.
·And Three new Missions, have fun.

·I see Dong Ning is a bit OP atm, you can exploit the States House monument so you don't have to dev Institutions, and the Monarch Points you've saved can be used to exploit the Dip Actions mechanism. You can even get Malacca as you subject not long after game start. Of course, I'll try to fix that, I don't have enough missions available to make new Mission Trees for now.

·But why? Why should it be balanced? I know, the game's name is 'Europa Universalis', it's supposed to be centered around Europe. But this mod isn't Lol

Important Change Log:
Subject/Overlord modifier balanced to working properly. Still need to upgrade the Parliament great project before you allow your subject to expand tho, I made it so that player can't exploit the mechanism by keeping a bunch of subjects with 1 province. Also set subject to take up diplomatic relation slot, also to prevent exploits.

Reworked custom Diplomatic Actions costs. The monarch point they costs you is now dynamically generated, say if you have a subject with at least 3 provinces and up to 5 provinces, then it costs you 25 adms and 50 dips to integrate it, then 6/8-50-100, 9+-75-150 etc.

Maybe I'll just ban Dong Ning from using conquest CB and set up a related Luzon riot Disaster. Please help with troubleshooting.
