A few changes to the expedition building chain:

- cannot be constructed in capitals anymore (rp motivations)
- bear riders can be recruited in lv3
- lv2 and lv3 give a small public order (control) bonus
- few translation texts added

Fixes skills effects being replaced when upgrading levels

- Just some pics changed for the mod

- Updated again Yuri skill tree almost done now
- Few changes in the expedition construction chain

- Updated Skin, unit UI and Porthole for yuri
- Updated Yuri initial status (made him weaker)
- Updated Yuri skill tree (theres a bunch of repeated stuff there for placeholder, it will still change a lot in coming days)

Implemented the Ursun expedition chain building

Second round of skill changes, i'm satisfied with most of them, there will be tweaks moving forward, but the character is in a good spot to be used as planned already
