Both current HABs are fortified and much harder to spawn camp once game goes active

Temp spawns hopefully fixed. Attackers seem to struggle and armor's effectiveness is reduced on Chora because of how the map is structured so I am increasing it to compensate.

Added a new skorpo layers including a fight over a beached amphibious assault ship! A ton of work has been put into this to try and make skorpo less of a miserable experience to play in terms of logistics and needlessly long driving.

Despite its size should feel a lot more navigable then vanilla.

3 More layers planned for the near future.

For the following maps, Kohat, Kohat Flooded, Chora
Added in a 400 meter diameter sphere around both mains where mines cannot be placed. Added in additional protections around all mains such as a zone where hostiles cannot be there without dying that is typically 400 meters but may be less if a point is close or depends on the main placement.

Secondary mains (Mains that aren't just "Main") may have less protection then the main "Main" but still has the 400 meter no mine placeable radius.

Intended to be built in main camping reduction to remove the need for rules on that. With those things, Resupply zones, secondary mains should remove the need for main camping rules. Testing will find this out, and protections will be increased or decreased as needed till the proper balance is found.


Rocket Artillery ability for INS/MIL
Buffed to be 60 rockets fired instead of 40 due to underwhelming performance so far.
