Fixes:
- Journal Entry for SGF now works for Baden, Bavaria Württemberg, and Hohenzollern.

Changes:
- Stops the NGF from annexing southern Hesse, as historically, the southern enclave of Hesse did not join the NGF.

Fixes:
- Cleaned up the code *a lot.*
- Uniting the NGF as someone other than Prussia will now annex Prussia.
- Uniting Germany via the Jounral Entry now annexes all of the German minors.
