Removed the "VFM Requirement" as my small VFM Oregon Treaty fix is no longer needed and thus no longer integrated in the mod.

Added in a scripted death event for Frederick George of Hohenzollern and added the Royal Election with three candiates: An abolitionist, moderate, and slaver.

Relocalized the first batch of event text as well as a handful of spelling error, bug, and miscellaneous fixes.

Fixed and Localized the Native Resettlement Event Chain start

Also started to set up future variables for monarch election events.
